The Iskandar Development Region (IDR) is a region in Southern Johor in Malaysia, designated by the Government for intensive and world class development. Over the next 20 years, an estimated RM360 billion of funds will be raised to develop the region. Think Dubai and you will get a picture of what the Government intends to do.
